About

    Built at the
    front desk.

Parcels arrive, sit in the lobby, and nobody knows they are there. We built the tool we wished every front desk already had.

People working together in an office

    Why Receivly exists.

Every workplace has the same problem. Parcels come in, recipients don't know, staff spend their day answering “has my package arrived?”, and when something goes missing nobody can say who took it.

Receivly makes that part of the day boring, in the best way. Parcels, mail and visitors live in one app on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web: logged on arrival, the right person notified, and every handoff on the record.

Receivly is mailroom software. It is not invoicing or accounts receivable software, and it is unrelated to getreceivly.com and to Receily, the invoice app.

    What we care about.

    Simple first

Powerful doesn't have to mean complicated. Every feature starts with the simplest way to get the job done.

    Made for the desk

We design for the people doing the work: the front desk, the mailroom and the dock, not just the dashboard.

    Listen first

What gets built next comes from what mailroom teams tell us is still getting in their way.

    Works when the Wi-Fi doesn't

The apps keep scanning offline and catch up when the connection returns.
