Digital Mailroom
Mail they can read
from anywhere.
Log every envelope with a photo, let people ask for a scan, a forward or a shred, and track each request to done.
On its own, or with any Parcels plan.

Log Mail
One photo. The form fills itself.
Snap the envelope and Receivly works out who it's from and who it's for, so logging mail takes seconds instead of typing.
Log
Every envelope, on record.
Photograph an envelope and Receivly fills in who it's from and who it's for, then lets them know it arrived.
- Log a whole tray in one sitting
- Recipients see a photo of the envelope
Request
They decide what happens next.
Recipients choose what happens to their mail: open and scan, forward, hold for pickup or shred.
- Scans delivered straight to them
- Every request tracked to done
Handle
A queue your team can clear.
Your team sees exactly what needs doing next, and every piece keeps its full history.
- A clear to-do list for staff
- Paper originals handled on your schedule
Hand over
Pickup, proven.
One code collects everything they have waiting. They sign, and the handover is on record with the date and time.
- A signature on every pickup
- Who handed it over, and when
Built for mail you have to account for.
Chain of custody
Every step on record.
Retention you set

Questions
Which plans include Digital Mailroom?
It is sold on its own, or with any Parcels plan. On its own it logs packages too, up to 150 a month.
Do recipients need an app?
No. They get an email and use the recipient portal in any browser.
What happens to the paper after we scan it?
You choose how long originals are kept, and Receivly reminds staff when they are due to be shredded, recycled or handed over.
Is this the same system as our parcels?
Yes. Mail lives in the same Receivly account, directory and login as your parcels and visitors.
Bring your mail into Receivly.
