Why aren't prices listed?
Your price depends on your parcel volume, your sites and any add-ons. A short demo lets us quote the plan that fits instead of a number that doesn't.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Qualified teams get a private 30-day trial after the demo.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up a plan as your volume or your number of sites grows.
Do we have to buy the add-ons?
No. Digital Mailroom and Visitor Management are optional. Add them when you need them, or choose Enterprise, which includes both.
Can we get Visitor Management or Digital Mailroom without parcels?
Yes. Each is sold on its own. Visitor Management comes as Essentials or Pro, and Digital Mailroom on its own logs packages too.
Do you support single sign-on?
Yes, on every plan. Your team and recipients sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Admins can connect your company, let people join without an invite and turn password sign-in off.
What hardware do we need?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera is enough to start. A Brother label printer is optional.
